Assistant To Customer Service Manager
The Role
• Managing Customer enquiries and complaints to a successful outcome.
• Providing efficient customer service to support.
• Working with the Commercial team.
• Building and maintaining effective relationship.
• Ensuring order discrepancies are resolved in a timely manner.
• Collating and analysing management data, producing reports as required
• Managing and leading the team in the absence of the Customer Service Manager
The Person
• Proven background within a Customer facing role, minimum 3 years experience
• Qualification in Customer Service is desirable, but not essential
• Evidence of complaint management within a customer focussed environment
• Computer literate, Word and Excel to intermediate level
• Ability to build rapport and maintain effective relationships at all times
• Empathetic with the ability to defuse conflict situations
• Problem solving with excellent negotiating skills
• Ability to make considered decisions in light of information presented
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The individual must possess experience of managing and leading a team as they will be responsible for the day to day running of the department in the absence of the Customer Services Manager.
