We have completed our research on this and found that what most candidates find frustrating is being forced by Agencies to go to their premises (sometimes way out of the area) to complete the full registration process (which is very time consuming) only to find that the consultant had failed to mention on the phone that the vacancy they were interested in has already been filled, and then to add insult to injury they never hear from the agency again!!. We operate a quick registration service which means that you can send us your contact details and we won’t expect you to complete our ‘full registration process’ until you have seen a vacancy that you are definitely interested in and match the criteria for.
