ICT Senior Administrator (finance)
This is a short-term post to cover staff absence.
The focus of the post will be to work with other administrators to help prepare the department undertake a smooth and successful yearend financial closure with in a complex ICT environment. Yearend close is at the end of March.
Knowledge of P2P, and Accounts Receivable process is essential, ideally within an Oracle E-business suite environment.
The focus of the post will be to liaise with service personal, to understand the detail of all ICT orders, and using the Oracle E-business suite system, close down appropriate purchase orders to provide an accurate commitment for year end.
A number of new year orders for existing contracts will need to be raised using centrally stored contract information to provide continuity of service into the new financial year.
The post will continue for 5 months in total, (Initial contract for 3 months followed by a second 2 month contract) and is based in Crewe, with occasional days based in Chester.
